Hotel Abad Plaza

My stay at Abad Plaza Hotel was very comfortable and value for money. The staff ,right from the reception to the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. Noticed that they do not have a bell boy or security ,to take care of the guests luggage before check in. Rest of the check in and baggage transfer to rooms was very smooth . The inhouse restaurant Regency ,is a big let down, as they provide a lunch buffet only, with a la carte option not at all encouraged. The buffet is very minimal and charged Rs.900 per head. The Kadaloram restaurant also has a buffet lunch for Rs.500 per head, which is better in terms of the accompaniments provided, but disappointed in that there was only one type of very normal fish curry.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Abad Plaza, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment of check-in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff created a welcoming and well-cared-for atmosphere. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Devu, Assim, Lekhana ,Jithu, and Rasheed (concierge), whose dedication ensured a seamless and efficient check-in process. A special mention goes to Vinod from the housekeeping team, who maintained my room to the highest standards and added a thoughtful personal touch, enhancing my stay significantly. While the amenities and facilities were undoubtedly excellent, what truly sets Abad Plaza apart is its team of dedicated and friendly professionals. Their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Anup Kumar (Corporate Manager) for personally meeting with us and extending his courtesy and hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Abad Plaza to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my visit remarkable. I look forward to returning in the near future!

Perfect affordable choice for our last night before heading to the airport

Location..Location..Location Its nestled right in the midst of the city next Central square mall and all the shops Kochi has to offer, yet away from the noise of the main road. We had a very spacious room with a generous king size bed. Were provided with a kids coat, even without asking. Staff were available for a late checkin of 12:30am and very friendly. We had the best sleep due to an efficient AC as well as the most luxurious bedding

The receptionist Devoo was exceptionally helpful . May God almighty bless her all happiness which a helpful person like her so rightly deserve!
